Corporate Safety Policy

The goal of Symtech Innovations Ltd is to provide safety and environmental
protection for all of its employees. Management, staff, contractors and contract
employees all have a responsibility and are accountable for the company’s overall
safety initiatives. The company expects complete and active participation by
everyone, every day, in every job, which is vital to the safety excellence.
Management supports coordination of safety among all workers on all jobsites. We
ask all our employees and contractors to apply the following principles:

  1. Take the time to understand and follow up on the health, safety and
    environmental issues when planning and monitoring a job.
  2. Make sure you understand and follow company policies and government
    regulations that apply to the work you are doing.
  3. Get the training and equipment you need to complete your work safely and
    efficiently.
  4. Help our company improve how we do things by getting involved in the
    health, safety and environmental matters that affect your specific jobsite.
  5. Remain sensitive to the concerns of the public and fellow employees
    regarding safety.
  6. Ensure timely and effective response and follow-up to incidents resulting
    from our operations.
  7. Being aware of the contents of this handbook and studying all applicable
    rules and regulations will help to make safety a way of life.
  8. The safety information in this policy does not take precedence over the Occupational
    Health and Safety Regulations. All employees should be familiar with the
    Occupational Health and Safety Acts and Regulations, which can be found at the main
    office, as well as all of our jobsites and company vehicles.

    Quality Assurance

    It is Symtech Innovations policy to ensure our that we work within our documented quality
    system, in accordance with ISO 9002 standards. Symtech is driven by the following quality
    assurance policy:

    Symtech Innovations Ltd is dedicated to customer satisfaction and continuing
    quality improvements. We are committed to strive for the best service, quality
    and value within the construction field.

    All personnel are put through an orientation session where they are instructed on our
    standards of health & safety, policies, procedures, work instruction, and quality
    expectations. With proper processes, checks, and testing, a desired outcome can be
    delivered with fewer problems and unforeseen complications. Our controls are approached
    by the following:

    1. Elements such as controls, job management, adequate processes,
      performance and integrity criteria and identification of records
    2. Competence such as knowledge, skills, experience, qualifications
    3. Soft elements, such as personnel integrity, confidence, organizational culture,
      motivation, team spirit and quality relationships.
    4. When new initiatives and improvements are required to boost the current quality system,
      or perhaps improve upon current construction systems, Symtech will ensure that all staff
      are trained in these new procedures.

      If is the responsibility of each and every Symtech employee to adhere to these high
      standards. Each employee is encouraged to report any deficiencies or failures in the
      quality system. This includes process and procedures.
