General Contractor: Reliance Construction
This new 31-storey, 103.5 meter-tall residential tower located at the southeast corner of Yonge Street and Rosehill Avenue in Toronto’s Deer Park neighborhood houses 263 rental units (a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom suites) and 2 levels of underground parking. A new amenity pavilion equipped with an indoor pool was built between the existing Bretton Place buildings, which will be retained.
Working alongside our partners – Reliance Construction and Nemetz (S/A) & Associates Ltd., Symtech contributed to the construction of this new tower owned by QuadReal Property Group upon an existing parking structure. Our team needed to relocate multiple systems, demolish existing parking levels, and build the new building structure.
Symtech supplied and installed all electrical systems, including power distribution, emergency power, high-efficient lighting, lighting controls, fire alarm, and network systems. Moreover, Symtech provided a comprehensive security system covering all common areas, parking, elevators, and building perimeter. The design-assist approach for this project allowed Symtech to contribute its broad experience in the field to achieve construction efficiencies and cost savings for the overall project.
