Symtech worked with partners Amica Senior Lifestyles, Amico Affiliates, and EXP to replace the original 3-storey facility and redevelop it into the luxurious senior care facility that exists today.
Symtech was responsible for all electrical work, including power distribution, emergency power, high-efficient lighting, lighting controls, security systems, and fire alarms, as well as all communication systems, including copper cabling, fibre infrastructure, and wireless access points. In addition to mechanical work, Symtech was also responsible for all mechanical work, including plumbing, HVAC, and BAS.
