Manett Residences (formerly known as Genesis on the Park) is an impressive 137,320 square foot, 9-storey multi-residential building featuring several rental apartments and townhouses. This residence is equipped with 133 meticulously designed living units, 3 levels of underground parking, and various amenities, including pet and bike wash stations, bicycle storage facilities, a fitness room, and a multi-purpose room.
This project was completed in collaboration with partners – LIUNA and Leeswood Construction. Our team’s vision for this project was to redefine modern living and provide residents with a harmonious blend of comfort and convenience.
Symtech was responsible for installing all electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, lighting controls, emergency power, and fire alarm. Moreover, Symtech planned, installed, and commissioned a comprehensive security system covering all common areas, parking, elevators, and building perimeter.
