It’s ideally situated near the Mount Dennis LRT and Weston GO Transit stations, providing residents with convenient and sustainable transit options. The Dennis was designed to support Toronto’s affordable housing initiative, while also targeting LEED Gold certification and meeting the Toronto Green Standard for eco-friendly design.

Symtech’s scope of work includes all electrical systems, such as energy-efficient LED lighting and controls, occupancy sensors, emergency power systems, fire alarms, and provisions for future infrastructure, as well as all power distribution systems, including main service, switchgear, panelboards, and suite metering. Mechanical installations will feature high-efficiency HVAC systems, as well as domestic hot- and cold-water distribution, drainage, stormwater management, and an automatic sprinkler & fire suppression system. Symtech will also be responsible for a fully integrated security and life-safety system, including access control, CCTV surveillance, and intercom systems to enhance resident safety.
