This 150,000 sq. ft. children’s treatment centre is an exciting addition to Hamilton’s Health Sciences’ McMaster Children’s Hospital. The facility is fully accessible, with features such as an outdoor wheeling track, a therapeutic playground, and physiotherapy space. The site brings together a number of programs that are currently located at Hamilton Health Sciences’ Chedoke site.
This project was completed in collaboration with the PCL Partnerships team. All electrical systems on this project were designed collaboratively with Symtech and our engineering partner, MMM Group.
Symtech was responsible for all electrical systems, including a high voltage service, emergency power system, state-of-the-art digital lighting control system, and auto chromatic glazing.
