Bretton Place Rosehill Tower

Symtech Innovations Ltd. is proud to announce that we have been awarded the Design Assist Electrical contract for the Bretton Place Rosehill Tower project.

Working alongside our partners – Nemetz (S/A) & Associates Ltd. and Reliance Construction, Symtech will build a new 31-storey residential tower owned by QuadReal Property Group on the southeast corner of Yonge Street and Rosehill Avenue, located at 25 Rosehill Ave. The tower will house 263 rental units (a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom suites), proposed at 103.5 meters in height, with 2 levels of underground parking.

The project site is currently home to two apartment buildings, together known as Bretton Place, which will be retained.

An outdoor swimming pool on the northwest corner of the site will be removed to make way for the new residential tower, replacing it with an indoor pool in a new amenity pavilion proposed between the existing buildings. Also, as the new tower will be built on an existing parking structure, Symtech needs to relocate multiple systems, demolish existing parking levels, and build the new building structure.

Symtech will supply and install all electrical systems, including power distribution, emergency power, high-efficient lighting, lighting controls, fire alarm, and network systems. Moreover, Symtech will provide a comprehensive security system covered in all common areas, parking, elevators, and building perimeter. The design-assist approach for this project will allow Symtech to contribute its broad experience in the field to achieve construction efficiencies and cost savings to the overall project.
