Symtech is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the Design Assist Electrical & Mechanical Contract for Church & Main urban rentals, situated in the heart of downtown Brampton.
Located across the Brampton Innovation District GO Station, the project will introduce 400 rental suites in a 35-storey residential tower, offering a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units to accommodate a diverse range of residents, from students and young professionals to families and newcomers, while targeting LEED Gold certification for sustainable urban living. Residents will benefit from premium amenities, including co-working spaces, fitness facilities, and multiple lounges.
