Symtech Innovations Ltd. is thrilled to announce our collaboration with partners – LIUNA and Leeswood Construction on the development of Manett Residences at 100 Manett Crescent in the capacity of an electrical contractor.
Formerly known as "Genesis on the Park," Manett Residences is a 9-storey multi-residential building, featuring rental apartments and townhouses, located on the west side of Manett Crescent, south of Bovaird Drive West, and east of Gillingham Drive in Brampton West.
The building spans an impressive 137,320 sq. ft and accommodates 133 meticulously designed living units with 3 levels of underground parking.
Additionally, it offers various amenities, including pet and bike wash stations, bicycle storage facilities, a fitness room, and a multi-purpose room. The overarching vision of this project is to redefine modern living, providing residents with a harmonious blend of comfort and convenience.
Symtech is responsible for installing all electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, lighting controls, emergency power, and fire alarm. Moreover, Symtech plans, installs, and commissions a comprehensive security system covering all common areas, parking, elevators, and building perimeter.
