King William Residences is a stunning multi-residential development, located in the heart of Hamilton’s downtown core. This development involves two towers, both of which are 30 storeys, as well as three levels of underground parking, several ground-level retail units, and four levels of shared podium with convenient amenities. Together, the two towers will house about 580 residential units.
This project was completed in collaboration with our partners: LiUNA, The Hi-Rise Group, SG Constructors, and The HIDI Group.
