This 18-storey, 400,000 sq. ft. office development is a next-generation workspace within the financial core of downtown Toronto. Located in King East’s vibrant neighbourhood, this mixed-use tower will preserve existing heritage buildings along King Street, with the tower rising behind.
65 King East was designed with an aluminum curtain wall system featuring floor-to-ceiling 12″ vision glass and double-glazed units with low-emissivity, showcasing grander views of the city of Toronto and Lake Ontario, while flooding the work space with natural light.
Symtech was responsible for all electrical systems such as power distribution, emergency power, high efficiency LED lighting, lighting controls, fire alarm, security system, motion sensors, and network systems.
