This 34-storey, mixed-use residential, office, and retail building is Hamilton’s third tallest building. This tower has rejuvenated Hamilton’s skyline and revitalized the local infrastructure and residential options in Hamilton’s downtown core.
Our team worked closely with partners LiUNA, The Hi-Rise Group, SG Constructors, and The HIDI Group to bring this mixed-use building to life. With sustainability in mind, our team installed energy-efficient LED lighting, EV charging solutions, and lighting controls based on occupancy.
Symtech was responsible for all Electrical work including power distribution risers and panel boards, communication suite panels and conduits. Symtech’s scope of work also included the installation of emergency backup generators, heating systems, and a comprehensive security system with coverage in all common areas such as parking, elevators and the building perimeter.
