Symtech is working with partners Amica Senior Lifestyles, Amico Affiliates, and EXP to replace the original 3-storey facility and redevelop it into a luxurious senior care facility.
Symtech will be responsible for all electrical work, including power distribution, emergency power, high-efficient lighting, lighting controls, security systems, and fire alarms, as well as all communication systems, including copper cabling, fibre infrastructure, and wireless access points. In addition to electrical work, our team is completing all mechanical work, including plumbing, HVAC, and BAS.
