This upgraded space provides Cassels’ employees and clients with space for hosting events, equitable office sizing, a 4,500 square foot wellness centre, a fitness centre, and a variety of other amenities. This stunning new office was transformed by Symtech and its partners Gensler, Mulvey & Banani, Ombrages, and mForm Construction Group. The new headquarters inspires an open and responsive culture of mentorship and learning, while representing a clear break away from traditional law firm workplace tenets.
Symtech was responsible for completing the 5-storey tenant fit-out, which included electrical installations (offices, common areas, wellness areas, boardrooms, and meeting areas), distribution upgrades, an extensive lighting package (with specialty light fixtures cut to millwork angles), and a lighting control system.
