Residents will benefit from premium amenities, including co-working spaces, fitness facilities, and multiple lounges.

Symtech will provide design-assist, supply, installation, and commissioning of all electrical and mechanical systems, including power distribution, emergency power, energy-efficient LED lighting & controls, fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing, etc. Our scope also includes a fully integrated security and life-safety system featuring access control, CCTV surveillance, and intercom systems.
