This 14-storey, 900,000 square foot is located between Bay and York streets, as a part of the 2.4 million square foot Richmond-Adelaide Centre. This development is located in the heart of the city and connected to the PATH system, making it easily accessible and integrated into this mixed-use complex.

The EY Tower is a LEED Platinum property equipped with a high performance building envelope, mechanical systems, on-demand fresh air, daylight motion sensors, state-of-the-art lighting controls, bicycle storage, change rooms, showers, and electric car parking.

This development was completed in collaboration with PCL Constructors Canada Inc. and world renowned architects Kohn Pederson Fox and WZMH Architects.

Symtech was responsible for full electrical and communication renovations for 11 floors, including lighting reworks, new branching, new lighting installations, and new power distribution.
