This 3-storey development, located within The Well is the perfect fit for Intuit Canada’s Toronto headquarters. This 250-employee corporate headquarters acts as a gateway to the shops, residences, and businesses, as well as the King West District. Intuit Canada is a leading provider of business, financial, and tax management solutions for small- and mid-sized businesses, consumers, and accounting professionals, and is consistently recognized as an employer of choice.
Intuit’s tenant fit-out included a large outdoor space, with a terrace looking out on the 19th floor, equipped with outdoor heaters, and a green roof with an abundance of greenery. This office space also includes The Pub, a coffee bar, games rooms, huddle spaces, commercial kitchens, libraries, reflection rooms, a Think Tank, a Delight Studio, and drop-in workspaces to accommodate the different needs of employees. Registered under the LEED green building rating system, this office space accommodates the evolving needs of today’s office users.
Symtech was responsible for completing the 3-storey tenant fit-out, which included all electrical and communications systems and networks. Symtech also planned, procured, executed, and commissioned all smart (ACMS, VMS, Intercom, Lighting Control and Management including, vacancy sensors and daylight harvesting) systems, life safety systems, emergency power systems, base building fire alarm systems, and metering systems.
