This 65,000 square foot heritage building has been a part of Hamilton’s history for over a century. In 1924, the original building burned down in a massive fire, and by the fall of that year, the present structure was erected. This classic renaissance building housed small businesses, and even incorporated Hamilton’s first indoor arcade.
Our team was chosen for the restoration of the historical Heritage Lister Building, in collaboration with LiUNA, Hi-Rise Group, and Hidi Rae Consultants.
Symtech was responsible for the installation of electrical systems, including fire alarms, security systems, communications systems, 1200 amp services, and 2000 base building lights.
