The $111 million renovation of the Markville Shopping Centre transformed this mall into a high-end shopping destination. Located in Markham, this mall is over 900,000 sq. ft. and features 140 major retail stores.
In collaboration with EllisDon, the following renovations and upgrades were completed: new entryways and signs, new family washrooms, additional space for major retailers, and a new food court on the lower level.
Symtech was responsible for the demolition of existing retail spaces and upgrading electrical services. This includes upgraded lighting, lighting control systems, and a 100kW rooftop generator.
