This 3-storey, 250,000 square foot facility in Mississauga is the perfect fit for McKesson’s Technology Solutions Facility. Located on 23 acres in the Meadowvale Business Park, McKesson’s facility acts as a hub for health care innovation.
The facility was transformed by Symtech and its partners (Norr and mForm) to create a revamped working environment that best supported McKesson’s ambition and commitment to supporting their customers.
Symtech was responsible for the demolition and new tenant fit out of the pre-existing space, as well as the Electrical scope of work. Symtech planned, procured, executed, and commissioned all electrical systems, lighting protection, distribution, emergency power systems, and security systems. Working closely with the project and design team, we successfully achieved McKesson’s energy efficient targets through the installation of motion-controlled light fixtures. In addition to the electrical work, Symtech implemented state-of-the-art amenities, such as unique collaborative areas, an onsite cafeteria, an open-air atrium, and highly-capable loading facilities.
