General Contractor: TD Clubhouse
The Rogers Centre’s first large-scale renovation transformed the stadium into a world-class ballpark with new additions to player facilities and upgrades for the fans. The renovation was completed in two phases over three off-seasons and in total, was valued at over $300 million.
Phase 1 included upgrades such as raising the bullpens, moving 100-Level seating closer to the game, replacing all 500-level seats, and adding two new patios to the left and right fields in the 500 level to create a more viewer-friendly experience. In terms of player amenities, a 5,000-square-foot weight room, a players’ family room, and a staff locker room was added.
Phase 2 focused on overhauling the 100-Level infield seating, adding multiple premium social spaces, and building the clubhouse.
This project was completed with our fantastic partners PCL Construction, TD Clubhouse, and the Toronto Blue Jays.
