The Seasons Retirement Community redevelopment will be an 140-160 suite retirement residence, placed above pre-existing and occupied shared office spaces. Located in Sarnia, this development will showcase the city as a growing municipality with a vibrant downtown, renewed healthcare facilities, and a skilled workforce.
Formerly the Sarnia Bayside Centre, this redevelopment is located on over 8 acres of land with approximately 85,000 sq. ft. of office space to redesign. The office spaces house partner agencies such as Service Ontario and the Ontario Disabilities Support Program.
Symtech will be responsible for preparing drawings and revisions for existing electrical systems, including power distribution, emergency power, lighting, fire alarms, network systems, and security systems. Our team will upgrade the entire parking garage with new lighting, lighting controls, and fire alarm systems. Within the occupied tenant space, Symtech will work closely alongside the engineering firm to bring the existing space up to modern standards.
