General Contractor: Eastern Construction
This 6-storey office building located in Mississauga is part of a 1.3 million sq. ft. complex, equipped with a six-building “restaurant campus” and plaza. Building amenities include over 60,000 sq. ft. of trendy restaurants (Starbucks, Subway, Teriyaki Experience, Veloce Italian Grill, Carl’s Jr.), a fitness centre, a daycare, and local parks. The office building is conveniently located near all major highways in the GTA.
Spectrum Square was constructed in collaboration with our partner Eastern Construction, designed specifically with the achievement of LEED Gold Certification in mind. The building is made up of a concrete structure, with a curtain wall envelope made of metal panels, brick, and stone.
Symtech was responsible for construction and electrical systems, underfloor mechanical and electrical systems, individually controlled ventilation, operable windows, interior automated lighting, and exterior sunshades.
