Located in the thriving East Bayfront District, T3 Bayside is the tallest wood-frame office building in North America. This 251,000 square foot development is fully packed with amenities such as flexible shared office spaces, event spaces, retail options, and exhibition/gallery spaces. T3 Bayside has become part of a master-planned community consisting of over 2,000,000 square feet of luxury residences, shopping and restaurant destinations, cultural venues, and walking promenades along the waterfront.
This development of this office building was completed in collaboration with our partners Hines, Eastern Construction Company Ltd., 3XN, and Mulvey & Banani. Together, our team took a sustainable approach, targeting LEED Gold Standard, Wired Platinum, and Well-Read Certification through construction and design.
Symtech was responsible for completing the base building fit-out, including power, lighting, fire alarm systems, security systems, communication systems, and data networks.
