The Rhodes is a 49,000 square foot, highly exclusive 8-storey boutique condominium equipped with 25 luxury residences and perched on the border of Toronto’s Cedarvale and Forest Hill communities. The building is filled with unique amenities such as spacious tower lobby, pet spa, office, boardroom, fitness centre, and parking space.
From early design collaboration to final installation, our team worked closely with our partner Blackdoor Development Company to bring this luxury residence to life. Our team provided design assistance along with broad experience to improve constructability and achieve high efficiency & cost saving.
Symtech was responsible for the installation of all electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, lighting controls, emergency power, and fire alarms. Symtech also planned, installed, and commissioned communication systems, as well as a comprehensive security system which covers all common areas, parking, elevators, and the building perimeter.
