General Contractor: Reliance Construction Toronto
Valhalla Village is an affordable housing development located at Bloor Street West and The East Mall in Toronto. This development features an 11-storey mid-rise building and a 30-storey tower, equipped with over 494 residential units. The site is zoned to allow for a second phase to be constructed at a later date.
This project was part of an affordable housing initiative led by the City of Toronto, the Government of Canada, and private sector partners led by KingSett Affordable Housing Fund LP. 40% of these units are designated as affordable housing, which addresses a critical need for affordable housing within inclusive and mixed-income communities like the Bloor and East Mall neighborhood.
