Symtech Innovations Ltd. is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the Design Assist Electrical contract for The Rhodes – a new condo development by Blackdoor Development Company at 2010 Bathurst Street, Toronto (Bathurst/Eglinton).
The entire property is approximately 49,000 sq/ft, as a highly exclusive 8-storey boutique condominium offering 25 luxury residences, perched on the border of Toronto’s most well-known and established communities, Cedarvale and Forest Hill. It will also have various amenities such as a spacious tower lobby, pet spa, office, boardroom, fitness centre, and parking space.
Symtech looks forward to being a part of developing such a luxury residence, providing design assistance along with broad experience to improve constructability and achieve high efficiency & cost saving. The project is scheduled for completion in 2024.
Symtech will be responsible for installing all electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, lighting controls, emergency power, and fire alarm. Symtech will also plan, install, and commission communication systems, as well as a comprehensive security system covered in all common areas, parking, elevators, and building perimeter.
