Symtech Innovations Ltd. is excited to announce that we have been chosen as the Design Assist Electrical contractor at 30 Merton Street.
With our partners – Smith & Andersen and Skygrid, Symtech will build a new residential and retail mixed-use tower owned by QuadReal Property Group on the northeast corner of Merton Street and Al Green Lane in Midtown Toronto. The tower will house a total of 322 new residential units and several ground-level retail units, proposed at 37 storeys and 125.3 meters in height, with 2 levels of underground parking and 3 levels of above-ground parking.
It will serve as one of the tallest towers on Merton Street to rejuvenate Toronto Midtown's skyline, driving the revitalization of infrastructure and residential options in the area. Symtech looks forward to being a part of the redevelopment of Toronto Midtown, providing design assistance along with valuable experience in implementing high-efficiency and cost-saving measures to the project's construction.
