Symtech Innovations Ltd. is proud to announce that we have been chosen as the electrical contractor for the redevelopment project of Amica Balmoral Club.
In partnership with Amica Senior Lifestyles, Amico Affiliates, and EXP, we will construct a 13‐storey retirement residence at 155 Balmoral Avenue in Toronto's Deer Park neighborhood. This endeavor aims to replace the existing 3‐storey facility with a state‐of‐the‐art, luxurious living space designed for seniors.
The new Amica Balmoral Club will feature 147 luxury units, combining common spaces with residential living quarters. This comprehensive arrangement will provide senior residents with a diverse range of care options, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care facilities.
With a strong focus on fostering an environment conducive to the concept of 'aging‐in‐place,' the project represents a pivotal solution for seniors in urban Toronto.
Symtech will be responsible for all electrical work, including power distribution, emergency power, high-efficient lighting, lighting controls, security systems, and fire alarms, as well as all communication systems, including copper cabling, fibre infrastructure, and wireless access points. Symtech will also be responsible for all mechanical work, including plumbing, HVAC, and BAS.
