This 34-storey high-rise residential building will rejuvenate Hamilton’s skyline and drive the revitalization of infrastructure and residential options in Hamilton’s downtown core.

Now proposed at 34-storeys and 111 meters in height – this will become the third tallest building in the city of Hamilton.

Symtech Innovations Ltd. is responsible for all Electrical work including power distribution risers and panel boards, new communication suite panels and conduits. Symtech’s scope of work will also include the installation of emergency backup generators, and heating systems. Symtech is responsible for provisioning a comprehensive security system and coverage in all common areas, parking, elevators and building perimeter.

Symtech will be installing energy-efficient LED lighting, and lighting controls based on occupancy. With sustainability in mind, Symtech will be making EV charging solutions readily available at 75 James Street for tenants.
